By accessing, browsing or using the Service, you (the "User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of easharing.com ("we", "us" or "the Company"). The Service primarily offers AI‑powered desktop multimedia processing tools, including but not limited to AI video enhancer, AI photo enhancer, watermark remover and photo object remover (collectively, the "Tools"). All Tools are delivered as Windows executable installers and are available under free and paid usage plans. The Site is presented mainly in Traditional Chinese; the Tools are hosted on Tencent Cloud servers. We reserve the right to modify, add or remove any features, performance characteristics or functions of the Service or the Tools at any time without prior notice.
Your use of the Service signifies that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and any additional guidelines, policies or announcements posted on the Site (collectively, the "Policies"). We may periodically review and update the Terms and Policies; changes become effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Policies. You are responsible for reviewing the latest versions of the Terms and Policies regularly.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer free trial access to certain features of the Tools. We reserve the right to determine your eligibility, set trial periods or feature limits, and terminate any free trial at any time without notice or liability.
Certain features of the Tools are offered as paid services ("Paid Services"), available via one‑time purchase or recurring subscription. Prices and fees may change at any time, but such changes will not affect transactions already completed. You agree to pay all fees associated with any Paid Services you purchase, including applicable taxes.
When you purchase Paid Services, you authorize us or our third‑party payment processors to charge the credit card or other payment method you provide (which you represent is authorized for use) for all due amounts. If we do not receive payment from your provider, we may suspend or terminate your access to Paid Services until full payment is received. If you select automatic recurring payments for a subscription, you are solely responsible for canceling such payments; we do not provide refunds for payments that were not timely canceled.
If you are not satisfied with a purchase of Paid Services, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
For purchases processed through our authorized payment partner, the refund may be handled directly by the payment provider in accordance with their policies.
Nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
You agree to use the Service and the Tools only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations. You shall not use the Service or Tools for any illegal, unethical or harmful activities, including but not limited to processing copyrighted materials without authorization or using the Tools or their outputs for commercial distribution without our prior written consent.
You are solely responsible for your use of the Tools, any content processed or generated by the Tools, and any consequences arising therefrom. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages or liabilities resulting from your improper use of the Service or Tools.
You acknowledge that the Tools are provided "as is" and you assume all risks associated with their use. We do not warrant that the Tools are error‑free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices and operating systems.
All intellectual property rights in the Service and the Tools, including but not limited to software code, algorithms, trademarks, logos, text, images and any other content on the Site, belong to us or our licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted under these Terms, we grant you no other express or implied rights.
Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service or the Tools, nor create derivative works based on them. In case file loss or damage occurs due to server failure, hardware issues, or user error, we bear no responsibility. Files exceeding the storage period may be deleted without recovery.

If you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service and Tools at any time without notice or liability. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service and Tools will immediately cease and you must delete all copies of the Tools from your devices.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable local laws of your jurisdiction in the Asia-Pacific region (including but not limited to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea). Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in your jurisdiction.
Any feedback, suggestions, ideas or other submissions you provide to us ("Feedback") are non-confidential. You hereby grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use your Feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution.
